To find out how much CBD oil is in a full eyedropper, simply take 30 divided by the mg of CBD in the bottle. An example would be: you purchase a 1000mg oil tincture bottle, divide 30 by 1000mg equals 33.33mg of CBD in a full dropper (all figures are approximate). For our full spectrum CBD oil tinctures, we recommend 10-30mg CBD per dose, depending on your preference and tolerance.
