Difference Between Full Spectrum CBD Oil Vs Regular CBD Oil?

There are three main types of cannabidiol or CBD. These are broad-spectrum CBD, CBD isolate, which is a pure form of CBD and full spectrum CBD, which contains other parts of the cannabis plant. Unlike regular hemp oil, full spectrum oil encompasses all the cannabis plant compounds. This makes full spectrum oil more potent with stronger effects on the body.

Researchers have discovered that the benefits of CBD oil are more prominent when it has multiple compounds from the cannabis plant, including CBD, CBD, CBN, CBDA work together. This is known as the ‘entourage effect,’ making full spectrum oil a premium CBD product.
In contrast, CBD isolate, or regular CBD oil contains very little or no other cannabinoids.

Benefits of full spectrum oil vs hemp oil?

Full spectrum oil is packed full of all of the cannabis plant’s natural and most beneficial properties, including CBD and over 100 cannabinoids as well as flavonoids and terpenes. In contrast, CBD isolates or regular hemp oil only contain one cannabinoid, which is CBD.

Here are some of the benefits of full spectrum CBD oil:

• Relaxes body and mind
• May relieve pain and discomfort (CBD should not be used to treat medical conditions, please consult a physician before using CBD)
• May improve sleep cycles
• May have many other health benefits found online and in published medical studies.

If you choose to take full spectrum CBD over hemp oil the plant’s many compounds synchronize together, which in effect, boosts the overall benefits to your body and mind. When the different cannabis compounds work in harmony together, the resulting effect is far more powerful than a single cannabinoid on its own. The mix of cannabinoids is what sets full spectrum CBD oil apart from the rest.

Regular hemp oil is a pure form of CBD and can be a good option for new CBD users who wish to experiment. Hemp oil is also refined meaning it doesn’t have a discernible taste or odor to it.

Hemp oil gets its benefits due to its high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids. These are alpha-linolenic acid, linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid.

Here are some of the benefits of regular hemp oil:

• Improved skin
• May help with pain relief (CBD should not be used to treat medical conditions, please consult a physician before using CBD)
• Helps to reduce inflammation
• No taste or odor

Both regular hemp oil and full spectrum CBD oil have their benefits. Although preliminary research is looking very positive, it’s important to note that more research is needed into the full benefits and effects of CBD on humans. As well as the role CBD will play going forward in treating a variety of different health conditions and disorders.

Types of Full Spectrum Oil for Sale

Here at JustCBD we offer our Full Spectrum CBD oil in six different strengths. Including 50mg, 100mg, 250mg, 550mg, 1000mg and 1500mg. Each bottle is 30ml.

What is your correct dose for you?

A common dosage of CBD is between 20 – 40 mg however the optimum dose will vary depending on the individual and their needs. The dosage you take will largely depend on the CBD product you’re using. CBD gummies, pills and capsules generally tell you how much CBD is in each item on the containers they come in. For instance, a CBD pill might contain 5 mg of CBD per pill.

If you choose to use CBD oils they generally come in dropper bottles. You can work out how much CBD you’ll get in a single drop. Armed with that information you can then decide how many drops to have each time.

Our Full Spectrum CBD Oil comes in six strengths including 50mg, 100mg, 250mg, 550mg, 1000mg and 1500mg. The bottles themselves are 30ml and the eyedropper is 1/ml. To work out how much CBD you’ll get in one full eyedropper you need to divide 30 by the mg of CBD in that particular bottle.

For example, if you purchased our 100mg bottle you need to divide 30 by 100 which equals 33.33mg. This means you’ll get 33.33mg of CBD in one full dropper.

For our JustCBD full spectrum CBD oil tinctures we recommend having 10 -30 mg per dose. Of course this amount will depend on your preferences and tolerance levels. In most clinical studies the dosages range from 20mg to 1,500 mg per day. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) typical dosages in clinical trials are between 100 and 800 milligrams per day.

Recent studies and research into CBD and its effects on humans have found that, even in high doses of 1500 mg per day, CBD is well tolerated by humans. There are very few recorded side effects to taking CBD. The World Health Organization (WHO) have reported that in general, people tolerate CBD well.

If you have any underlying health conditions, always speak to a healthcare professional before taking any new products. They should be able to advise you on the correct dosage for you as well as any potential risks.

How often should I take full spectrum CBD oil?

How often you take your full spectrum CBD oil is down to your individual circumstances. Always start small and increase the frequency of your doses over time. A lot of people like to take one dose in the morning, one at lunchtime and one just before bed. If you find your body is responding well to the CBD, you can increase the frequency.

Start Slowly If you’re new to CBD it’s always best to begin with a little dose to see how your body reacts and work your way up to a higher one. As a general guide you can start at 20 to 40 mg per day. Try that dosage for one week so you can assess how you feel and then increase the dosage by 5 mg if necessary. Continue with this dosage routine until the CBD is having a positive effect on your symptoms.

In general, the CBD reaches your bloodstream between 20-45 minutes after taking it. So please be patient and enjoy the relaxing experience.

Here’s an example of how this dosage routine might work. If you suffer with severe pain start with a daily 40 mg dosage of CBD. Only take the 40 mg on days when your pain is very high. After a week at that dose, reassess how you’re feeling. If you think need more, increase the dosage to 45 mg per day. After the second week you can then go up to 50 mg if needed. It’s at this point that the CBD should be having a positive effect on your body.

We’d advise keeping track of the CBD dosage you’re on and noting any changes in your body and mind.

Main factors that affect dosing

The ideal dosage of CBD for you will vary depending on a variety of factors and your reason for taking CBD in the first place.

Here are some other factors to consider before taking CBD:

Body Weight

You need to consider your body weight before deciding on your CBD dosage. In clinical trials doctors calculate the dose per kg to body weight. Therefore, people that weigh less should take smaller doses than a person that weighs more.

As a rough guide if you weigh between 100 – 130 lbs a low dose of CBD would be 10-17mg, a medium dose would be 21 -25mg and a high dose would be 30 – 37 mg. If you weigh between 190 – 220 lbs a low dose would be 35 -39 mg, a medium dose would be 42 – 50mg and a high dose would be 52 – 58 mg. If you weigh 280 lbs or over a low dose would be 53mg+, a medium dose would be 75mg+ and a high dose would be 90mg+.

Tolerance levels

Everybody has a different tolerance level to CBD. In general, a person that regularly consumes CBD will have a higher tolerance level than someone that doesn’t. If you’re new to CBD we suggest building up your tolerance overtime. If you find you are not that affected by CBD increase your dosage.

The reason you’re using the CBD product

How much CBD you take will depend on the reason you’re taking CBD in the first place. For example, people with certain conditions such as epilepsy may need to take higher doses compared to a person that is taking CBD for anxiety. By considering the reason you’re taking CBD you can tailor your dosage for your needs. The concentration of CBD in the product

Another important factor to consider is the concentration level of CBD in the product you’re using. CBD capsules and pills contain a specific dosage in each individual product whereas oils and tinctures are slightly more varied. Always check the concentration levels of the product before you begin taking it.

The type of CBD product you’re using

The type of CBD products you’re using can have an impact on the dosage you require. Edible and oil-based CBD products must pass through the digestive system before entering the bloodstream this means they take slightly longer to take effect. Vapes, however, bypass the digestive system meaning the CBD will enter your system much faster.

Alcohol Usage

The amount of alcohol you regularly consume can have an impact on your CBD dosage. The same applies for other central nervous system depressants such as barbiturates, benzodiazepines, and other sleep medications. These types of depressants can cause the sedation effect of the CBD to amplify, which can cause drowsiness. If you use these types of central nervous system depressants, it is advised to take a lower dose of CBD. Always consult your doctor before mixing CBD with medications.

Medications

If you take regular medication you need to check that it’s safe for you to use CBD in conjunction with your medication as well as the correct dosage. As CBD is a biologically active compound some medications, especially sleep medications may alter the effect that CBD has on the body. Extra care should be taken if you regularly take opioids, antidepressants, antipsychotics, or antihistamines. Always speak to your doctor or healthcare provider before taking CBD.

FAQ

  • What is the difference between full spectrum tincture and isolate?

A full spectrum tincture oil uses all of the cannabis plant, not just the CBD and hemp. JustCBD’s full spectrum tincture oil contains MCT oil, CBD, phytocannabinoids, flavonoids, and terpenes. A CBD isolate oil contains pure CBD, so if you’re looking for something more dynamic and perhaps more powerful, a full spectrum tincture may be right for you.

  • How much JustCBD full spectrum tincture should I take and how do I measure it?

We recommend 10-30mg CBD per dose, depending on your preference, body chemistry, and the level of strength you are looking for. The amount of oil in your dropper will depend on the size you purchase. To calculate how much oil is in the dropper, simply divide the number of total mgs by 30. For example, in our medium sized 250 mg bottle, a dropper will contain 8mg of CBD.

  • How do I take a dose?

Simply fill the dropper with your desired amount and place in the mouth. We recommend waiting a minute or so, and then swallowing. Alternatively, you can mix with your favorite drink. JustCBD’s full spectrum tincture oils are not designed for vaping.

  • Are JustCBD products legal?

Yes, every item sold by JustCBD, such as CBD edibles, oils and vapes, is legal in the United States. CBD products are considered food-based, and our products do not produce a psychoactive effect. That’s why we can quickly ship to anywhere in the USA, as well as many other countries across the globe.

  • Will Full Spectrum Tincture Oil help me with pain?

While every person’s chemical makeup and reaction to products will vary, JustCBD products receive encouraging feedback that CBD products assist with pain management from new and repeat customers. What works for them may not work for you in the exact same way. In other words, you should always test the waters to see how much CBD and what products work best. And at the same time, knowledge is power. We suggest users read a bit more on the subject; there is plenty of informative data about legal CBD online. We also recommend discussing CBD with your physician.

  • Can Full Spectrum Tincture Oil help me with my anxiety?

Over 40 million Americans deal with a form of anxiety, and it can be difficult to know when or where it may hit. While CBD products will not eliminate everyday stressors that may trigger your anxiety, our products can help people deal with some of the effects and pressure. It’s important to reiterate, JustCBD products are not meant to treat or cure any mental or physical conditions. We always advise you speak to a medical professional.

  • Does Full Spectrum Tincture Oil help with insomnia?

Insomnia is debilitating: it can lead to a handful of conditions, including restlessness, weakness and exhaustion. Millions of Americans suffer from various sleep conditions, often left untreated. With CBD now widely legally available, you no longer need to suffer in silence. Authentic CBD oils can be a life-saver, and legal CBD products can quickly assist with a user’s sleep cycles and produce a calming effect. However, everyone’s sleep conditions are different, so remember that JustCBD’s products and other CBD products may not be the right cure for your sleepless nights. Always speak to your doctor or test different treatment options to find what’s right for you.

  • Will a CBD Full Spectrum Oil get me high?

No, CBD Full Spectrum Oils do not get the user high. In fact, CBD can often be used to counteract unwanted feelings of being high, increase your focus and alertness, as well as manage stress and anxiety levels.

  • How long will a CBD oil stay in my system?

Even the very best and most potent CBD products, like the JustCBD tincture oils, are flushed out of the body in a short time, typically 5 or 6 days. Of course, that length of time can increase for habitual users, and could possibly stay in the body up to 10 days. To compare, CBD from hemp, like in CBD tincture oils, stays in your system a much less time than marijuana, which can last 30 days.

  • How long will my tincture oil take to arrive?

No matter how hard we try, sometimes it’s just not possible to ship the same day. With the majority of our orders processed and sent out the same day, most of our shipments within the United States are received in three to five business days. Yet, there can always be an unpredictable delay. Have no fear, JustCBD’s professional customer service is just a phone call away if you ever run into an issue with your order or worried it hasn’t been shipped.

  • Where do you source your CBD?

JustCBD’s mission is to be the best supplier of CBD products globally. In order to accomplish such a mighty feat, we strive to maintain our excellent reputation for selling top-notch hemp products. That is exactly why we only rely on domestic hemp grown right here in the United States. Not only have we formed trusting and close knit relationships with the farmers we work with, JustCBD confirms that our hemp is free of unwanted chemicals, such as the ones found in pesticides.

  • This is my first time trying CBD. What should I expect?

Firstly, don’t worry! CBD is legal nationwide and is enjoyed by millions of everyday Americans looking for the wide range of benefits, such as pain relief or relaxation. Remember, every user experience will vary. Full spectrum tincture oils don’t always work for everyone, and it’s important to be patient and open minded about your own CBD experience.
